ggoudeyParticipantThe problem I am having is the post overlay, that when you hover over a post, the tile, author and date overlay covers the featured image link. This I find distracting as a user, but more importantly on my phone it covers the image and it is not clickable.
Is there a setting somewhere to deactivate this… or better to limit it to just the title… leaving the rest of the image clickable on a phone?February 4, 2017 at 2:18 am #1357722
Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Is this, http://www.peacelocalfxxd.infx/, the site in question? The post carousel overlay should not have conflict with the links when clicking or tapping the anywhere within the box. I found out that there is a JS error in your page. This could be the cause why you cannot click on it. Please go to UberMenu > General Settings > Assets, try unchecking Load Google Maps API to resolve the JS error. After that, please test your site again.
Please let us know how it goes.

Still does the same. If I tap the featured post at the bottom of the page, or in an archive, (one that doesn’t have an overlay) it loads the page.

ggoudeyParticipantI’ve figured it out. It is the Dolphin browser I use for my android phone. Chrome browser works fine. By unchecking Load Google Maps API… will this affect whether I can embed maps in my posts?

RadModeratorHi there,
It shouldn’t affect it unless you’ll switch to other themes that require it. Since X theme has it’s own way of loading the Map libraries.
Thanks!
