After updating home page I emptied all caches. (Cloudflare, WP Fastest Cache and browsers) RevSlider only works in Safari and not Chrome or Firefox.

Well The Same is happening to me with my client website on my dev server it tends to be a jquery error

@Copdc, it works on my end (chrome, firefox) and there is no jQuery error. Would you mind trying chrome’s incognito mode? That should skip the caching compared to regular browsing.

@Rahul, would you mind providing the site’s URL that has this issue?

Very interesting. Not showing on chrome or firefox here, but does show (work) on safari. I did try chrome’s incognito mode and same result. Thoughts?

I abandoned LayerSlider and went with RevSlider. However, time permitting, I would appreciate it if you would still check on the LayerSlider issue. Thanks!

I got confused with this thread. In your original post, you said revslider has an issue. Later in your reply you said, you abandoned Layerslider and use the revslider. Anyways, I have checked your site and it is working find on my Chrome.

Since you using CloudFlare and you may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches first when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Rue first let me apologize for my confusing post and compliment you for your patience and great “customer service” response. I said revlider when in fact it was layerslider I had issues with. Back in the day I would be your ID10T. 🙂

Another support here, it happens and no problem with us 🙂

We’ll look into LayerSlider’s issue, though, I may not able to provide solution since it’s a bundled plugin. All we could do is forward any information we’ll able to get.
