Greetings:
I have a revolution slider here: test home page.
In revolution slider settings, there is the option under appearance called “Show Timer Line”. I have this set to ‘Hide’ but the timer line still persists. I’m trying to create a home page slider that simply shows the one image with no bullet navigation, side arrows or anything else.
I know that I can choose the option to let Revolution slider know this is just a one page slider and stop the timer all together. This would work in this instance, but I have other sliders that are two or three slides and still… the hide timer bar still does not work.
Any ideas? As of this post, I have all the latest plugins and theme.
March 23, 2014 at 9:51 am #25779I have the latest wordpress install as well.
March 23, 2014 at 11:47 pm #25901I am also having this issue. It’s also making it so that stop on hover can’t be disabled.
March 24, 2014 at 1:43 pm #26079Got the same thing, hiding just moves the timer to the top of the slide.
Edit: Just checked a slider which i made with the 1.7.8 release and it didn’t have this problem, when I did hit “save slide” again on this older slider it did recreate this slide timer issue.
March 25, 2014 at 1:36 pm #26409Hey guys,
Thanks for writing in! We have confirmed with the Revolution Slider folks that this is a bug on their end. It will be remedied with the latest version of the plugin when we include it with the next release of the theme.
Thank you!

March 26, 2014 at 9:40 am #26666Same here. This is a major problem on all my sliders as I dont want both those things on any of them, but especially the small ones with text- very distracting and totally ruins the effect. please tell them to fix asap, big problem for me.
March 26, 2014 at 1:23 pm #26777This has been solved in Slider Revolutions latest update.
