ive reveiewd every setting that makes it not move and ensured that its supposed to move. even if i add a buton for “next slide” the button ultimately does not work. this only happens to 1 of my slides.
April 24, 2015 at 9:01 pm #257986Hello There,
Thanks for writing in!
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/x/member/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide. If everything is up to date, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
When nothing helps, could you provide us the url of your site with login credentials, if necessary, so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password (only if necessary)Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thank you.

April 28, 2015 at 6:19 pm #260989Hi there,
Thanks for updating the thread! I have taken a look and there seems to be an error in the console regarding rev slider. However, we can’t isolate it as it is pointing to the IDs of all three of your slides. I tried to duplicate the slider in question but the same issue, even on the preview (within the slider backend) there is no movement.
It’s possible you have a corrupted install of the slider. But before reinstalling it please backup your sliders. Also before trying that, Please try recreating your “Clients” slider from scratch (not duplicate). It’s possible that this slider is somehow affected as the other two seem to be working.
Let us know how that goes. Hope this helps – thanks!
May 4, 2015 at 3:33 pm #265312I narrowed down the problem and it happened to be that that the slide contained a layer with the text:
Text here
. This would cause the slide to misbehave and not switch or display any navigational buttons.
Hope this helped your team.
May 4, 2015 at 8:18 pm #265449Glad you sorted things out, and thank you for sharing the solution. Cheers!
