    Hello,

    i seem to have a problem with revolution slider. In the x panel during instaltion the proces get’s stuck, if i go to the plug-inn panel and manually upload it the proces takes very long and also nothing happends. All other plug-inns work fine

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Thanks for writing back. It seems you are using older version of X and Cornerstone.
    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Hello, i took some measures to try to fix the problem. I moved to another server since i have had some issues before on this server. On the new sever all the plug-inns function well. I have another issue do. Ik would like to start with a template Ethos 1. When i choose to install and click “set up demo content” Ethos seems to install fine, but no demo content! No pages, no post!
    Th funny thing is when i choose to install one of the expanded demos they install fine with content. The expanded demos however are not my taste and style.

    How can i fix this issue that demo content is not being installed?

    Hi there,

    Currently you’re using Ethos 2 demo content.
    After setting up Ethos 1 demo content, navigate to Customize -> Ethos -> Blog options and remove category IDs.

    If ‘Post carousel’ and ‘Post slider’ set to display featured posts, please navigate to posts and check the boxes under ‘Ethos post setting’ section.

    Note that standard demo content only imports home page content.
