    Hi There 🙂

    I have made a revolution slider video that loops an intro video.
    I used the rev slider instead of background video on a section in order to have it work on mobile.

    I am however getting a black video that is not playing when i check if it worked on mobile :/
    Do you guys have any suggestions on how to make it work?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Have you tried adding a poster image? Videos behave differently in mobile, you can only play them with user interaction. Like tapping, and there is no way you could tap a background video. It’s mobile restriction as any streaming could eat up mobile data bandwidth. Instead, please try adding a poster image as video replacement.
