raphaelzydekParticipantHi Xthemers,
my question relates to my new fullscreen slider I am building with revolution slider.
I want to present the books of my client. I have a fullscreen background image, a textblock and a PNG photo of the book.The build works okay at bigger browser widths but as soon as I open the site on my iPhone, the textblock moves up and overlaps the image. The problem is in the editor the textposition is totally fine.
My second question is about the arrow positioning. Is it possible to edit the verticle positioning of the navigation arrows only at the mobile width?
Can you please help me?
Thank you!January 29, 2017 at 7:48 am #1349532

ChristianModeratorHey Raphael,
In that case, you will need to setup responsive views for your layout. See https://www.themepunch.com/faq/incorrect-position-or-size-for-text-button-or-shape/
There is no positioning option for navigation on mobile view. It could be possible with custom development but that is outside the scope of our support.
For more Slider Revolution usage instructions, please see https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/
Thanks.

raphaelzydekParticipantHey Christian,
yes, actually I am working with the responsive views. I set custom grid sizes, cumstom layer sizes and positioning but these settings differ from what I am seeing in the browser!
Thank you!

RadModeratorHi there,
I can confirm that issue and I can also see parallax elements which shouldn’t be there since it’s turned off.
Would you mind re-installing your revslider plugin? And please provide your FTP login credentials as well for further troubleshooting. Please backup your site too.
Thanks!

raphaelzydekParticipantThat is really strange.
So I tried to backup my Sliders and exported them to my Mac. Afterwards I wanted to make sure the Import works but WordPress crashes with a Internal Server Error at every attempt.
The php.ini is updated to:max_file_uploads = 200
post_max_size = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
cgi.force_redirect=0
memory_limit=256M
max_execution_time=300
file_uploads=On
date.timezone=”Europe/Berlin”and the error log tells me this:
Unable to resize image because image_resize_dimensions()
What can I do to fix this? I want to make sure everything can be imported so I can reinstall Revolution Slider. It is the last thing missing from the website.
Thank you!

RadModeratorHi there,
There could be many possible reason. Would you mind providing the exact error? And please provide your FTP login credentials as well.
Thanks.

raphaelzydekParticipantI dont have an “exact error”. It just tells me Internal Server Error. The error log on my FTP-server tells me this: “tgAq_Resize.process() error: Unable to resize image because image_resize_dimensions() failed”.
Any idea?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Try deleting the plugin via FTP and re-installing via WP Admin Dashboard | Addons |
You won’t lose your sliders.
If that does not work please provide your FTP credentials in a private reply.
Thanks

raphaelzydekParticipantSo I managed to reinstall Slider Revolution. Thank you very much so far. I dont no wether this fixes my arrow problem but what I definetly know is that something with my PHP settings must be off.
The internal server error also exist when I try to create a backup to move it on a new FTP server.
Can you see anything that could cause this Error?Thank you.

LelyModeratorHi There,
I tried to login to check the error logs. Unfortunately, the credentials is not working. I am getting 530 Login Incorrect. Please double check.
