Hello there,
When I try to load my page, the revolution slider loads slowly. I cannot see the admin panel as well. It takes up to a minute, then the rev. slider loads and admin panels is shown. I haven’t changed anything except added a new slider (settings same as the other two and image size is 97kB).
Could you please take a look at this? I was trying to figure out the performance manual you have provided here on the page, but I do not want to mess up my page and I cannot find these settings (page cache, minify, etc.)

Thanks for writing in! I can’t find any issue on your site so not sure why it’s loading that slowly. You can try creating a new slider and assign this. If any settings messing up the slider then you will know about that if the new one loads fine.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!

Thanks for updating. As tested with http://tools.pingdom.com your website loading time seems fine and loading on my end properly (taking few more seconds to load the Slider) – http://prntscr.com/a4pkw3
However it seems some requests from Instagram CDN taking more time that might caused by your Instagram widget images. You can try taking off that.
Cheers!

I moved your footer widget to inactive sections. And it works, could you try it again now that Instagram’s content isn’t there.
Thanks!

It’s working on my end, it loads, but yes, it’s slow. There is another error originating from this URL, a badge code within your footer.
https://streamtest.github.io/badges/streamtest.js
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
The 404, Timeout, and other error can make your site slow. Let’s fix that first.
Your images are big too, http://christinalichi.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/6.jpg, how about resizing them to about 1024px to 1200px?
Thanks!

Glad to hear that!
You can use any optimization plugin, then minify your javascript and CSS files, then cache them. If possible use CDN hosting to host your images and other files, that will handle the traffic for your site’s resources.
Thanks!
