HI,
I wonder if you can provide some guidance . I have the revolution slider set up, but can not seem to get the images to align properly when viewing on an Ipad in Portrait resolutions.
See here http://acsexorise.com/
Any suggestions are appreciated.
regards

Thanks for writing in!
You need to select auto responsive instead of full screen in the slider settings.

If that doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

.masthead offset option is only applicable for fullscreen setup, where both width and height are being responsive. Instead of just responsive width.
Would you mind setting it back to fullscreen with .masthead offset? Then provide us the screenshot of what you’re getting on iPad. It could be just layer size positioning version the slider grid size.
Like example, if your slider elements total size is 500px by 500px, then use it as grid size while on fullscreen. Fullscreen will not follow that size, but it will helps align and scale your elements properly when 500px is reached. As long as your layer is aligned within that 500×500 dimension.
How would you know the size? Simple, just estimate the total length and height of your important elements without the background ( cropped size where only important elements are visible).
Hope this helps, and I’ll wait your screenshot
Thanks!
