Dear Themeco Team

We are having a huge problem with the revolution Slider Plugin. In the setup screen of the plugin the pictures are all crisp and sharp but once checked on the Homepage they seem blurry and not sharp and crisp anymore.

Do you have any idea what the reason could be?

Please find enclosed the Screens of the above mentioned areas where this occurs.

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your website I can see it’s fine. However note that you are checking on a fullscreen front-end where the image is being scaled a bit than the editor. So it might be a bit blurry if you compare. Still I think it’s fine.

Thanks for your swift reply.

I do believe that we are not on the same page here.

If I am looking at the picture in the EDIT Cornerstone Mode it’s clear as light and crisp. Once I click on VIew PAge the picture is blurry. For sure that is a mistake somewhere maybe in the way I set it up?

The picture itself is huge with 3000px across.

Could you please check again and tell me if you can think of something else that could cause this.

Hi Al,

Under your slider’s source setting. You should choose Original Size as your Image source size.

Large size is usually at 1024px.

I went ahead and changed it.
