Hi X!
I hope you can help me with some troubleshooting on my rev. slider.
LINK: http://guide.grafikomudv.dk/
I’ve applied the Parallax effect on the 2 ‘bubbles’, and it works sort of…
The parallax effect works like half of the time. Ive tried on both mac and pc, and with all 4 browsers, with the same result.
Whenever I access the site in a new tab, the parallax effect works like a charm. But if I refresh the page, the parallax effect is missing.
Can you help me out?
April 22, 2015 at 9:08 am #255776Hi There,
Thanks for writing in.
Would you mind sharing us some screenshot of which part is in parallax mode. As we checked the link, The site works fine.
Try clearing your browser and site cache.
hope it helps.
thanks.

April 23, 2015 at 1:37 am #256432Hi,
Thank you for providing screenshots.
It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.
April 23, 2015 at 2:30 am #256460I do not have any other plugins installed other than:
Revolution Slider
Visual Composer
X-shortcodesBut you’re saying that I should contact the original developers of Rev. slider?
April 23, 2015 at 2:46 am #256468Hello There,
We will have a closer look into this issue. We will compare this with the latest version of Rev slider. We will be releasing an update in the next few days until then we will let you know if this issue will be fixed.
For the meantime, maybe the creators of Rev Slider at Themepunch could also check this out. This might also be an issue with Rev slider worth checking.
Please bear with us and thank you for your understanding.
