    Hi there!

    I am working on a site http://www.aerotaxi24h.es I used the Integrity 1 demo and it looks perfect on my laptop, however I noticed the slider doesn’t work on mobile devices, so I tried to pull theme.co’s Integrity 1 on my device and I get the same thing. How can I fix this?

    Hey there,

    Please try the solutions suggested at https://www.themepunch.com/faq/troubleshooting-tips-for-5-0/

    Also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    I did found that post from the forum but not worked that’s why open new ticket and shared login credentials.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the confusion, background video doesn’t work on mobile, videos are playable only by user interactions, maybe to avoid additional charges since videos are bandwidth hungry.

    And user can’t interact to background videos, which using background video poster (cover) is a good thing for mobiles.

    Hi there,

    Background videos will not play on mobile/touch devices. Please add poster/cover image instead OR add your video as element/layer instead of a background. That way, user could still play them since autoplay are disabled on mobile.
