    Today I got a problem on the server and I started to reinstall WordPress including X theme.
    And I found that the revolution slider is not working. Please find the attached and it shows that the plugin is not activated.

    I think it is related to the purchase code of X. So I think my X theme cannot register the purchase code of X to the revslider. Would you help me ASAP?

    Hi there,

    You can not activate the bundled Revolution slider.

    The Revolution Slider on your screenshot seems fine.

    If you want to use the Revolution slider templates from the free template exchanges from Themepunch. These are the same templates you can get from downloading within the revolution slider panel when activated. Please check out and download the templates here:

    To import the slider, simply follow the instructions here:
    http://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-settings/#importexportreplace

    If you need any further assistance please provide the url of your website and your wp-admin credentials (make sure to mark the reply private)
