Hi. I have problem with RevolutionSlider plugin. Loading time to panel takes couple minutes, after that I can enter settings panel but can’t enter slides editor. That make my work on website almost impossible.
I did:
1. clearing cache
2. reinstalling plugin
3. reinstalled whole wordpress
4. turned off all plugins

and no positive effects. Its not only on my PC. Slides shows normally and loading time for them is normal, but couldn’t edit any of the slide or add new.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! According to our Changelog latest compatible version of Revolution Slider is v5.1.6. So the latest update that Themepunch released is not available yet on Themeco end. It seems you have separate license for this and updated to latest version. You should use the compatible version to avoid any potential conflict.

So I’d suggest you to use v5.1.6 for now and wait for next update while we test the compatibility with the new version.

Kindly remove the slider plugin and install from X Addons menu to get compatible version.

From X addon I get version 5.2.3.5 but as you say I move back to 5.1.6 and that version works!
