Hi,

I’m having intermittent problems using the Revolution Slider on our sites homepage. I’ve set up the slider with the required Access Token and User ID and on occasions the feed works successfully. Unfortunately most of the time we’re displayed with the message “No slides found, please add some slides”. Our Instagram account has images uploaded so I’m struggling to work out what the problem is. Any help would me much appreciated!

I’m seeing “Revolution Slider Error: Failed to load Stream” error on your site. Can you confirm you are using correct settings as per Revolution Slider docs: https://revolution.themepunch.com/wordpress-instagram-gallery/?

If you still face the issue, would you mind providing us with your WordPress admin login credentials so that we can take a closer look to the issue? Don’t forget to select Set as private reply to ensure your data remains hidden from other users.

Please note that, Revolution Slider is a 3rd party plugin so we cannot guarantee a solution here.

Hello Ryan,

Thank you for the credentials.
I’ve checked your settings. Please note that the hashtag you’ll add to slider should have no #. Just add badminton instead of #badminton.
