Hi Guys,

I am trying to test some design features based on the Renew Stack with the left hand side Nav Bar Renew demop 5).
What is the correct image size I should be using for a full screen image? Should it be set to full screen or should I be using Auto Responsive? I can’t get the text layers to line up at all.

The image size I am using is 1700 x 700 and set to full screen.

Hi There,

Just assign a width and height of your slider and use an image same resolution as your slider, then set it to be auto responsive.

Thanks for getting back so fast.

The width is fine when I do that but I want it to fill the screen like a full screen image when it initially loads. Is there a pre determined image size to do that? Like the One page nav with the video background you guys have for Integrety but I don’t want one page navigation. Sorry if this is confusing.

Hi Jonathan,

Try setting the slider width to 1600px or 1900px or even 2560px, just make sure the resolution is proportion to your image resolution.

Okay I set it to 2560 but it still is short of filling the page.
Any other ideas?

Hi Jonathan,

You can just use full-screen setting of your slider. And use images that are good enough for both 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratio.

As by checking your site, it isn’t set to full-screen.

Would you mind providing an admin login too?

Hi Jonathan,

Missing part of background image is normal, this is called clipping when you are displaying a 16:9 image on 4:3 container.

You should try using 2650×1900 image or 1024×768 so you can easily manage your layers. Your text and buttons does not scale because of too large grid size.
