I’d love to submit a support ticket to Themepunch but they don’t seem to acknowledge my purchase code for Theme X.
I’ve complied with all their requirements for submitting a ticket: Link to your site: saltlakebankruptcyattorneys.com
All plugins off with the exception of Cornerstone.
Name/alias of your slider or grid: contenttabs (an imported demo slider)
    Theme: TwentyFifteen.
Page Name: Imported Demo Slider Test Page
    SFTP and logins available.
Absent what Themepuch views a “purchase code” and a “valid email” there is no method that I am aware of to contact them for support.
Any ideas on what I could attempt next?

    Hi there,

Currently you are not using X, please activate theme X so we can see the issue.

    Thanks.

    Ok, will do.
Deactivating the X Theme was a requirement of Themepunch (Revolution Slider).
Because the error shows with the Twentyfifteen theme I wonder if it isn’t theme independant and the flaw may reside with Themepunch.
Any ideas how to contact Themepunch about this?

This is the page where the error displays: http://saltlakebankruptcyattorneys.com/?p=113
It is the second slider on that page.
    Thank you.

    Hey David,

Revolution Slider 5 is a big and major update so it has “breaking changes”. X doesn’t customize Revolution Slider so these changes are something that aren’t related to the theme, and rather nuances of updating it. Please try updating your sliders by saving it again. In some instances, you might have to reedit your slides and save again.

    Thanks.

Hi I am having similar issues. After researching it appears the latest Revolution Slider fixes this – version 5.0.4.1
I cannot update manually as it is bundled with the X theme I purchased. I believe the team behind X theme need to include this updated Rev Slider in their next X theme update release to fix the problem. You can see my issue at http://www.suniljindal.com

    Kind Regards,

    Sunil

    Hey There,

Thanks for updating this thread! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    Our latest versions are:
    X Theme: 4.0.7
    Cornerstone: 1.0.5
    Visual Composer: 4.6.2
    Revolution slider: 5.0.4.1

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/x/member/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Thank you.
