Hi Guys,

My URL is http://www.cloudbyte.net.au

I’m trying to import a demo slider as per the doco however every time I download and then import a zip file in the slider admin import section I am redirected to http://www.cloudbyte.net.au/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php.

If I then go back to the Rev SLider Customiser the slider exists but it does not contain any slides.

We currently do not provide any slider demo data but we have a video walkthrough in our knowledge base section (https://theme.co/x/member/kb/sliders/) which explains and shows how we’ve set up all the sliders for our demos.

Thanks for the reply.

I’m aware of the fact that you guys do not supply slider demo data which is why I downloaded a demo slider from themepunch.

My issue is that, in X, when I import that demo slider zip file it does create the actual slider however, there are no slides imported. I wondered if this was due to me having the X them installed or not?

I have been able to import demo sliders before but as this is my first time using X im not sure if anyone has had success importing a demo slides?

Sorry if the import is not working out for you. You can download the themepunch demo sliders directly from there Example Downloads page: http://revolution.themepunch.com/example-downloads. We tried downloading 4 sliders and tried importing it while X theme is installed. We have successfully imported the sliders. You can check our screencast http://screencast.com/t/ik7zIcyFC

Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

i’m having the same issue when importing demo content for the revolution sider from themepunch I get an admin-ajax.php redirect with a blank page.
