    I have created a new site at and used an intro video with self hosted video. I know it’s not directly a theme issue, but something is driving me crazy, so I thought I would ask…

    I can’t stop the pause/play button from appearing in the centre of the video. I have tried so many times deselecting the various mobile and controls hiding settings, but can’t get it to disappear!!

    I have figured it out!

    I was trying to play the video as a slide. When I made a blank slide and used the video as a background video – it worked!

    Hi there,

    I have checked on the slider on your homepage and it’s not showing any pause and play button anymore. Were you able to sort it out?

    Also, you can simply change the video backgrounds in the Main Background setting of your slider. Please refer to the screenshot attach.
