Hi! thank you in advance for you help! I am having an issue with the “Button” layer in Revolution Slider … I create the button and set the parameters I want for the button’s border in “Idle” mode and when I go to the page live the border around the button does not show at all. However, if i hover my mouse over the button the “Hover” border shows correctly and then once I move my mouse/cursor off the button the idle border shows correctly until the page reloads, when the Idle border dissapears again until i move my cursor over the button again. How do i get the Idle button border to show up when the page initially loads? Thanks !

Are your referring to this button?
Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Thank you in advance.
March 27, 2017 at 3:14 pm #1422136My apologies, after sending my request, I removed the button I was referring to completely as I couldn’t get it to work, and instead adding a contact form inline in the sliders as showing in the screen shot you just attached. So the button border issue is no longer a problem.
However, the problem I am having now is that when I initially load the page in question at http://testsite.greenbankdevelopment.com/communities/132nd-northeast-kirkland-wa/ the layers that are supposed to show on the right side of the slide (as correctly shown in the image you attached to this screen earlier) are missing all except one which says “The Grove” (see blue area highlighted in attached image). When I refresh the screen again after the initial load, the layers then appear. Can you tell me why this might be happening?

It’s due to loading speed, once the image is loaded it covers the form.
1. Fix the 404 image first on your slider element (non-revslider), these are missing images
http://testsite.greenbankdevelopment.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/05-3.jpg
http://testsite.greenbankdevelopment.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/09-2.jpgNon-existing images could slow down your site
2. Optimize your images, example, this is a very big image http://testsite.greenbankdevelopment.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/6158-The-Grove-MI-Lot-1-09-13-2016.jpg
The script is already executed by the time the site and images are loaded affecting the slider layer positioning.
For the meantime, I toggled on Put JS Includes To Body in your slider’s troubleshooting settings to make sure the script is executed after the page is loaded.
Thanks.
April 3, 2017 at 12:11 pm #1428127Ok thank you for your help but as a newcomer to all of this I need a little more help understanding exactly what you are suggesting I do.
1) when you say “Fix the 404 image first on your slider element (non-revslider), these are missing images” can you clarify where I go to fix this? do i do that in cornerstone or in revolution slider? what/where is non-revslider?
2) what is the best way to “optimize an image”?
Thank you so much in advance!!
April 3, 2017 at 11:34 pm #1428493Hi there,
#1 Your slider works fine on y end, I don’t get 404 error. Are you still referring to this page?
