March 19, 2014 at 9:16 am #24481Hey Matthew,
That must be a conflict with some other scripts in your site. Please disable third party plugins that is not included with X out of the box and see if works.
Thanks.

Please give us the link to the page where you placed the slider so we could check. It would also be helpful if you could give admin access to your site.
Thanks.

Thanks for the clarification! At this point, I’d suggest testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
May 2, 2014 at 11:27 am #39804Hello, thank you for your help!
This was kind of embarrassing, the problem
was another plugin (root relative urls) indeed.Honestly I do not know what that plug in does,
so I have it deactivated, hopefully nothing
too essential. Thanks for the support, dual thumbs up to you
guys for the extended support.Very happy with the purchase 🙂
