I just bought the x theme but I haven’t started working on it yet. However, When I tried to import a free/premium revolution slider template, it says I have to activate first. But I can’t activate with the purchase I code I have from xTheme because it keeps coming back with ‘Ajax Error’.

How do I upload these templates and how do I activate the revolution slider with the purchase code? One of your community article advise against purchasing any extra code for Revolution slider. And I’m even afraid of purchasing any code because I might get the same or attached error message again when I try to activate or upload.

There is no need to register your license for Revolution Slider if you happen to have one. In fact, doing so is discouraged in order to prevent any potential conflicts when updating, as previously mentioned. If you happen see a notification in your WordPress admin panel asking you to register Revolution Slider upon activation, simply dismiss this notice.

Thanks! However, I’m still having trouble uploading the templates. I keep getting an ‘0’ error message. I tried to l see if I could upload them manually but I can’t find any related folder for x theme.

Hi,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi there,

Please note that premium slider templates are not available for bundled version of slider revolution, if you want to use premium slider you need to purchase slider revolution license separately.

The issue still haven’t been solved when trying to import a sample slider. See attachments. 1 – for the first error, 2 – the final error I get when I refresh.

I do know that I have to purchase a license before using the premium. but how can I even purchase one when importing a sample is failing?

I seem to have narrowed it down to some plugins or a plugin that’s causing this problem. I will keep you posted as soon as I find the plugin. This is one of the plugins/add-ons from your library because the three plugins I installed were in deactivation during the error.
