    Hello guys,

    Website: http://www.arsego.ro

    Wordpress version: Version 4.7.2

    X version: Version: 4.6.4

    Cornerstone: Version 1.3.3

    For a few weeks i’m encountering a issue with the website.

    The Frontend of the website, basically the design is disappearing showing a raw version of the homepage.

    A temporary fix is to clean all the caches and also purge caches, and after a while (1 week) it crashes again.

    I recently discovered that this might be related to Rev Slider, and I also have this issue with the rev slider

    // If this file is called directly, abort.
    if ( ! defined( ‘WPINC’ ) ) {
    die;
    }

    if(class_exists(‘RevSliderFront’)) {
    die(‘ERROR: It looks like you have more than one instance of Slider Revolution installed. Please remove additional instances for this plugin to work again.’);
    }

    I checked or additional layers that rev slider might call and nothing was found.

    Also, I checked with the guys from hosting and I found the following issues a while ago:

    [21-Jan-2017 22:00:13 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 39321600) (tried to allocate 357015 bytes) in /home/arsegoro/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/ObjectCache_WpObjectCache_Regular.php on line 200

    [21-Jan-2017 22:00:13 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 39845888) (tried to allocate 20182 bytes) in /home/arsegoro/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/ObjectCache_WpObjectCache_Regular.php on line 200

    Please take a look into this and assist me. In addition I would like you to check if possible the reason that might cause the website to have a high load time.

    If anything else is needed, please let me know.

    Hi There,

    Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks

    I’m afraid that it didn’t fixed the issue. The frontend it is still blocked. You can check it by accessing the website.

    Thank you!

    Okay, so after I cleared the cache again for plugins, pages, and also purge the caches from the server again, it appears that the website is working.

    I hope not to crash again.

    Any insights on why the website is very slow? Or what it causes this issues?

    Are the plugins configured correctly?

    Are there any conflicts between the plugins or plugins/platform?

    I am looking forward to your reply!

    Thank you!

    Hello guys,

    Apparently the website has crashed again, I have the same display as the one provided above in the screenshots.

    Please take a look into this.

    After analyzing a bit more I had found that a picture called maxresdefault.jpg that I was using when the website was in development, is still accessed by a script.

    I uploaded a picture with the same name in that location and the slowdown issue was fixed. From what I can remember that pictures was used as a blank background image (maybe from the customizer, I cannot remember very clear), which is not present anymore.

    My guess is that a script remained in the backend of the website that is still trying to access that image.

    I don’t know if the frontend crashes are related to this, so can you help me in finding that script, or provide me with a valid solution?

    Please check the attached screenshot.

    Thank you!

    Hi There,

    The issue is related to memory. See attached screenshot. Even if we adjust memory on wordpress but it is limited on hosting the issue will be the same. Please check in with your hosting to adjust memory on their part.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello guys,

    The technicians from my hosting provider suggested that the script with the highest load time is /home/arsegoro/public_html/index.php.

    They recommended me to check the template and also the plugins. Things that I already asked you to assist me with.

    Could you please help me to identify the script that is causing this?

    I also have this error

    Hi There,

    This image://www.arsego.ro/wp-content/uploads/maxresdefault.jpg is coming from a background although I can’t find it on your settings. We can just reset the image background. On Appearance > Customize > Layout and Design > Background Image and Background Pattern select an image and save. Then remove the image again and save. Clear cache after that. Home page is loading fine when I check and the error is gone. There’s not much extra content on your homepage that will cause extra loading time.

    Maybe this should help:

    <div id=”x-content-band-1″ class=”x-content-band vc” style=”background-color: transparent; padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px;”><div class=”x-container wpb_row”><div class=”x-column x-sm vc x-1-1″ style=”” ><div class=”wpb_revslider_element wpb_content_element”><script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://www.arsego.ro/wp-content/cache/minify/143ef.js”></script&gt;

    This string is tied to “Failed to load resources: the server responded with a status of 404(not found)” and from what I can see it slows my website with 2.85s (see attached screenshots)

    I am not entirely sure how I was able to find this, and you didn’t.

    Could you please assist me in fixing this issue from backend? And not from wpadmin?

    I can provide you access in my ftp in order for you to provide me with the exact instructions…

    I am looking forward to your reply.

    Havve a great day!

    I also attached a file with some search results from Sublime text editor in my entire back-up folder.

    I am still trying to find the bugged script regarding that .jpg file.

    Check the attached file, maybe this will help.

    I am also searching as we speak.

    Thank you!
