Ben561ParticipantHello, I have purchased close to 10 x licenses so far. My issue is that I develop my sites on a development domain on my server then migrate to the correct domain once its ready to go live. However I do not know what user name each license is associated with to reassign the themes correctly. I have the purchase codes, I just have no idea what my ex employee used to register the themes with you on here with. What can I do? I would like all my versions of X to be under one account.
But the main issue is that I have recently migrated a site and the license for X is still registered under the development domain so I cannot update plugins etc.
Please help

ChristianModeratorHey Ben,
Please give us the purchase codes in a private reply and I’ll forward it to our accounts manager so he can consolidate to one account.
For the wrong license issue, you can revoke the license and assign it to the correct site. See https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ for more details.
Thanks.

RubinKeymasterHey There,
We can remove all those purchase codes and add them to your account so you can manage them all there. To verify your ownership there is one more thing you’ll need to provide: What’s the envato username you’ve bought all these licenses?

RubinKeymasterHey Ben,
Ok, last question I promise.. 😉
There is one account with 8 licenses called “ironcladben” and there is the account here “Ben561” which one of the two accounts do you want to use to consolidate all the licenses to easily manage them.

Ben561ParticipantLets use the Ben561 account, I do not have access to the other one as far as I know. I would like all licenses to go under Ben561 and in the future I want all licenses to be under the same as well.
Thank you

Ben561ParticipantShould be a total of 13 licenses

Ben561Participantok, thank you very much. It seems as if all of the licenses are not attached to sites, all of those sites are live, does it matter which license I assign to each site? Or do I have to go through each site and match codes?

ChristianModeratorHey Ben,
This seems to be a current syncing issue with validation which has been forwarded to our lead developers. It would be best to match or assign license to each site in your License Management page.
Thanks.

Ben561ParticipantOk, I am still a little confused. How do I know which site goes to what license? All I see in the dashboards is the API key that was originally generated. All of the sites are currently live or in development.

John EzraMemberHi Ben,
Thanks for updating the thread! You can assign licenses to sites similar to how you did it with APIs before. The only difference is that you won’t need to generate and API key, the license key itself will be used to validate your site. You can assign a URL directly to your license.
Hope that helps clarify – thanks!

Ben561ParticipantI see, but does it matter now which site I assign to which license on this end? All my sites have the API key already.
My question is, Do I have to just assign a domain to each one of my licenses in my license manager in my Themco account? Do I need to do anything within my sites that have X installed and API already registered?
