I got everything working perfect with .mp4 file in revslider, setting background to transparent with poster image, fullscreen etc. But when a try a webm file, it will not load/play. I checked the webm URL, the file plays in chrome browser perfectly if I enter the URL, but once I try to load it through my rev slider, nothing plays. Did I forget a step somewhere?

Should I just find a way to convert the file to .mp4?

I can provide URL and wp access in private if need be. Thank you in advance 🙂

Thanks for writing in! You can convert your video to MP4 format and that should resolve your issue.
