January 27, 2017 at 9:02 am #1347814I am making the same request to allow this function. I have over 700 pages built with cornerstone, and if I ever have to restore a previous version, I am in deep trouble. Thank you for placing this item on your list of issues to resolve.

January 29, 2017 at 12:36 pm #1349778X is the first theme that I’ve used that can’t restore revisions (after having built over 80 wordpress websites). A client wanted me to try your theme and now I Lost 2 days of work! My time is valuable and your theme cost me money out of my pocket. I would like to know how I can get a refund please.
January 29, 2017 at 7:48 pm #1350134Hello There,
Thanks for updating this thread. Our developers is already looking into this issue. With regards to refund,
All sales are handled through ThemeForest, and their parent company Envato handles all refund requests. You can read more about their process here.
Thank you.
February 6, 2017 at 9:44 am #1359775Ouch!!! I just tried to do a revision on one of my pages, and lost the ability to edit the page in cornerstone afterwards. At a minimum there should be a popup warning message with a nuclear bomb exploding saying if you proceed with the revision you will destroy the world as we know and then only one button that says no I don’t want to destroy the world.
February 6, 2017 at 9:53 am #1359783Hi There,
Page revisions works but it can fail still unfortunately.
I like your sense humor…it is funny, tragic but brings a good point, I will forward it to our developers.
If you need help with anything while building your page please let us know
Thanks

February 13, 2017 at 1:49 pm #1369392Unbelievable. An entire website was just lost because of the absence of this core feature. How can you sell a product that overrides fundamental WordPress functionality and leaves users with no recourse when Cornerstone breaks a page? No accountability… At least tell your users up front that if Cornerstone doesn’t perform as expected that your buyers have no option but to rebuild from scratch.
Might have to switch to Divi after this utter disaster.
February 14, 2017 at 8:17 am #1370458Hi There,
I am sorry to hear about your experience, would you perhaps have a backup on your server that you can restore?
Let us know if you need further assistance.

February 20, 2017 at 2:31 pm #1378696I’ve just got myself into same situation – I wanted to roll back couple of mistakes I added to site which was ALL created with Cornerstone and I decided to use revisions. Moreover I never saved the rolled-back version – and I can not get back to editing in Cornerstone anyhow. WHY there is still NO warning popping up upon clicking ‘Restore this version’??? I lost access to editing in Cornerstone though I tried restoring to several of previously saved version hours an hours ago when I was working and saving successfully in CS. If I knew this revision thing would ruin everything I would just manually deleted those elements I added in mistake. WHY there is NO WARNING at all?? Very frustrated!!!
I read all this thread twice – you were telling that there is still an option to return to editing in Cornerstone without restoring from saved backup. Could you please clarify what exactly should be done to get back to Cornerstone in this situation? Would appreciate your valued assistance.
Thanks.
February 20, 2017 at 2:57 pm #1378723Hi @johannesekblad,
I didn’t have any backup, too, and got this fixed by my IT specialist. If you leave your email/IM handle in this thread, I’ll forward it to him and he will get in touch with you. Bear in mind that this will be a paid service.
