I am trying to recreate the “above the masthead” responsive video like http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/

I have my video playing as an optional video background as seen here https://everythingunderthegun.com/ccwmaggie but it is not responsive. I would like to have the scroll to bottom button ALWAYS visible as in the integrity demo above and have the video resize just like the demo as well.

Please advise.
