    Hi, two quick questions..

    Is it possible to hide the covertplug infor bar on small screens?

    also, can i make it 100px wide and stick to right side of screen in stead of filling the entire bottom?

    Thank you, a little last minute error came just after i answered this.. It comes when i press the Subscribe button.

    {“status”:”error”,”code”:-100,”name”:”ValidationError”,”error”:”You must specify a apikey value”}

    I have my API value stored in my contact form. the confirmation email is sent, so why does this show up?

    also, im guessing the hiding on phones question isnt supported either? the problem is that on a phone, it covers the whole screen. Wich makes it very irritating for phone users…

    i get this report, but when i return to the plugins page i still get this text underneath.
    There is a new version of ConvertPlug. Check 1.0.3 update details or view Changelog here

    any idea why it doesent update?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. In that case deactivate and remove the plugin completely. Then install again from X Addons > Extensions.

    Hi, that solved the update problem 🙂

    the this now is that the message i set to show after subscription doesn’t show.. also, how do i remove subscribers from the convertPlug connects page?

    Glad that is now solved.

    Are you referring to Infobar Campaign using Mailchimp? Since the campaign is connected to Mailchimp, you can manage subscribers via Mailchimp.

    Regarding the message after subscription, I tried to subscribe and I can see that there’s no message after that? Is that the issue you’re having? I found the following error:
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'indexOf' of null

    I forwarded this issue to Convertplug developer and will let you know once we have an update. Thank you for understanding.
