WPTanisParticipantHello!
I keep getting a 404 error when using the admin. This is happening on two of our X Theme sites (not sure about the 3rd, it’s currently parked). This 404 error occurs both when clicking on a menu-items in the admin, and sometimes when saving something in Cornerstone. It happens roughly 10-15% of the time (for example, approx. 1 time in 10 when clicking on a menu-item in the admin panel we’ll get a 404 message instead of the proper admin page. Going back to siturl.com/wp-admin takes me back into the admin and I try again.)I don’t have much experience working with non-X Theme sites, because honestly why would I use another theme??? 😉 So I don’t know if this is theme-related or a known issue in WP but couldn’t find anything online.
Thanks!

WPTanisParticipantFor help in reproducing: it most often happens after actually doing something in the admin. For example, just now, I was creating some Redirects for some pages. When I clicked Update for that page, the URL displays as http://www.mediatarian.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page but the result is a 404 page.
Hope that helps.February 23, 2017 at 10:22 am #1383069
