I am trying to use CSS to remove the space before a bulleted list, so that it will be the same line height as any paragraph text.

This did not work for me:

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in! Would you mind providing us a screenshot pointing the space that you’re referring to? I did checked the site, the paragraph has 2.15em bottom margin and so does the <ul> tag, and a 1.8 line-height of the list <li> seems to be proportional to the 2.15em bottom margin of paragraphs.

Please clarify which space you’re referring to.

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in and for providing the screenshots. By default, each of the paragraph has default bottom margin. To limit the space between the paragraph and the list, please update the contents of your text element content. You can make use something like this:

<p style="margin-bottom: 0; text-align: justify;">Tech Inclusion Startup Showcase is calling&nbsp;for amazing and diverse startups and entrepreneurs who are building new products and services in the following categories:</p>

<ul>
    <li style="text-align: justify;">EdTech</li>
    <li style="text-align: justify;">FinTech</li>
    <li style="text-align: justify;">PeopleTech</li>
</ul>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0; text-align: left;">Criteria: (startups must have met three out of 4 criteria)</p>

<ul>
    <li style="text-align: left;">product/solution must have at least reached beta, and less than 3 yrs old</li>
    <li style="text-align: left;">founders/founding team should be diverse or woman-led</li>
    <li style="text-align: left;">startup has received less than $2M in funding</li>
    <li style="text-align: left;">product/technology addresses diversity, inclusion or exemplifies social entrepreneurship</li>
</ul>
