richermusicParticipantHi
Its http://www.richermusic.co.uk
On a mobile site I end up having a long list before my clients can see the bands that im listing. I would like to therefore just stop it from coming on with the mobile sits just so that clients can scroll instead to see the bands.

RupokMemberHi there,
Is it still on the homepage? I can’t seem to find the grid on the homepage.
#1. Looks like you are using Jetpack mobile theme. So you won’t get the usual functionality of X on mobile rather the theme by Jetpack. If you didn’t set that intentionally then disable mobile theme.
#2. That’s the same issue as above.
Cheers!

richermusicParticipantHi
The Grid is not on the homepage…the essential grid is on about 20 pages such as Wedding Band Hire and Band Hire. Hope that helps.

richermusicParticipantAlso – how does Jetpack cause so many problems to do with the layout of my homepage and button colours etc. How can I rectify this?

LelyModeratorHi There,
I did check on mobile and the filter is hidden already. See attached screenshot. You have seeing a different version of your site on mobile. As you can see on the bottom of that site there’s a link to your original website. This happens because you have activate/enable an option to display different mobile site. It is on your hosting option I think. Please check on with your hosting provider how to disable this.

richermusicParticipantI think you are perhaps seeing this on a bigger mobile? We have a Apple 4S and a 5 and I have tried them on both and on both, the home page comes up different colours to the ones your getting and the home page is not correctly formatted!
Any suggestions?

RupokMemberHi there,
Please disable the Jetpack mobile theme if you are not intentionally using this. It will will detect mobile device and show theme from Jetpack no matter about the size.
Hope this makes sense.
