When you first load the page it shows a black screen and then starts playing the video. How can I make it so it doesnt’ show the black screen and just starts playing the video?

Hello There,

Thank you for the very detailed post. The black gradient background is a layer within your slider. I would recommend that you edit your slider and remove that layer holding that image gradient.

Please let us know how it goes.

I tried turning that layer off in the begining of the video, but the black screen is still showing. Please take a look now.

Nevermind, I figured out it was part of my video. I have it fixed now.

Under Animation tab, you have Fade In animation turned on. I switched it to No Animation (see attachment). The black fade is now gone. Please check.
