    Hello! I have a couple of questions, which I couldn’t seem to solve myself or through reading other posts on the forum.

    1. My webstore is about to go online in a couple of weeks, and I messed around with ‘Variable Products’ in WooCommerce, since I will want all products to be able to be baought both physically and digitally. When I tried it, a new tab popped up on the product page bottm, called ‘Additional Information’. I tried CSS-codes from WooCommerce forums, but they didn’t seem to work. Do you think you can help out with this?

    2. My website is supposed to have a grey background, and I’ve changed that everywhere. When I added the new drop-down menu for a variable WooCommerce product, the background beneath it is white. What are the code to change it?

    3. On the all-products-page the price shown on variable products are the lowest prices. Is it possible to show the highest price instead? And also on specific product pages, right beneath the product title is the price range (ex. 4€ – 8€), is it possible to remove that entirely and just have the title and the price shown as it is when choosing product format from the drop-down?

    4. The SKU-ID was added to the specific products pages when doing them variable. Is it possible to remove that?

    I know this is mainly WooCommerce-related stuff, and I get it if you can’t help with all of it, but since the CSS codes provided by WooCommerce are sometimes bypassed by X-Theme I would be so grateful if you could help out!

    All the best

    Ok, I managed to resolve 1 and 4 on my own! So I only need help with 2 and 3.
    Thank you

    I managed to resolve number 3 as well, so now I only need help with 2. That one I can’t seem to find any info about. Thank you!

    Hello There,

    Thank you for that information.
    Please add the following CSS on Appearance > Customize > Custom > Edit Global CSS:

    .woocommerce div.product .summary .variations {
        background: transparent;
    }

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you so much, it worked perfectly!

    I have another question, so I thought I might just ask here in the same thread.

    I’m having a problem with Cornerstone. I have two pages that I plan to update regularly with Cornerstone, but since I tailored the page through custom CSS, suddenly Cornerstone is having a ‘script conflict’. I read some threads and tried disabling plug-ins but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Is this due to CSS adjustments? Is there any way to temporarily disable custom CSS when editing with Cornerstone so that the script conflict doesn’t appear, and then turn the CSS back on so that the necessary changes come back? I don’t want to compromise the custom CSS, and I’m a bit scared just to delete the CSS and then copy it back in everytime I make an update. Is there any way to resolve this in a smooth way?

    Thank you.

    If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

    Thanks!

    Hello again!

    Regarding the problem in my last post, I tried some more things.
    I tried deactivating all plugins, deleting all custom CSS and also deleting customization to functions.php. The ‘script conflicts’ error persists in Cornerstone. I don’t know what to do here!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back. If it’s not forcing the Skeleton mode then you can ignore the warning. Sometimes it shows if your page takes a bit more time to load that could be caused by your connection or server load as well.

    Cheers!

    Hello! Yes but the problem is not only that. I can’t see the previews, they seem to be loading forever, and even if I try to make changes to it, it’s not possible to save. So the functionality is severely crippled, if not broken. Do you recognize this issue?

    Hi again,

    In which page you’re facing this issue? I edited your About page in Cornerstone and I couldn’t replicate the problem, it’s working fine on my end.

    Thanks!

    Yes, I noticed after I sent the message that the problem only was on my front page, ‘News’. I now changed it to ‘Old News’, and made a new one. The sad part is, if it ever happens again, there is no fix. So if I make a new ‘News’-page and it happens after a while, everything on it will be lost. EDIT: Now I noticed that it was gone on the ‘Old News’ page as well, strange! So I guess the problem is gone for now.

    Thank you for all your help
