    Hi. My site is here. Please tell me how to reduce the amount of vertical white space that the navbar is taking up. Thank you.

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please add this CSS at Appereance > Customizer > Custom > CSS : 

    .x-navbar .desktop .x-nav > li > a {
  height:40px;

    Hope this helps, let us know how it goes!
