    Hi,

    Since I switched themes to Stack: Integrity, I now have a redirection loop. I do not have this problem with any other themes outside of X.

    I am 99% certain it is caused by the theme as I have addressed nearly every other issue; (htaccess settings, SSl certificate, memory limits etc…).

    Please help.

    It could be the caching issue.

    After cleared the cache, your websites are working normal now.

    Thanks. The sites work for me. But it seems every time my visitors access the site, they have to try more than once to get to it (they are probably caching as well as you did). Is there any way to make it so that they can access it the first time?

    Hi Sami,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    In case the issue persist, kindly provide us with the complete logins including the FTP details.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! Regretfully the given ftp access is not working for us. Please double check it. Meanwhile, the redirection issue could be related to the redirection of with www or with no www in your host panel. Please ask assistance to your hosting provider. They have have a clue of what is going on in your server.

    Please hold off on this for now. My server disabled varnish which seems to have had an impact.
