Hello There,

Thanks for providing the ftp credentials. WordPress generates an excerpt automatically by selecting the first 55 words of the post. There is a setting in the customizer that you can limit the number of words. What happens in your site is that those post that exceed the excerpt limit will have the “read more” and the others will not have. In X theme customizer’s setting, the default excerpt limit is 60. Please go to your customizer, Appearance > Customize > Blog > Content and set the “Excerpt Length” to 30. This would change the excerpts and you will probably see the read more in all the post items.
