It looks like you have not properly migrated your site. In this case, you will need to rebuild your sliders if you don’t have a backup. Also, you have lots of plugins and some of them might be in conflict. It would be best that you hire a web developer to work closely with you on this issue.
Thanks.
May 4, 2016 at 7:02 am #912324Can I just reimport the plug in then? I can easily rebuild and/or I do have back up.
May 4, 2016 at 7:06 am #912331It would be helpful if you could be a bit more specific to be honest. If I do have back up what do I do? Reinstall the plug in and then import them? I do have a web developer i can get hold of but is there anything they can do to save it and if so what?
May 4, 2016 at 10:15 am #912619Hi
Upon checking your website your Slider Revolution is not updated. Please update your X Theme, Slider Revolution & Cornerstone to the latest version.
You can find out more information about the latest versions at
theme.co/changelog/
I believe everything should work fine after the update, in case it doesnt, there was probably some issue on your migration as mentioned above, in that case I would reccomend you deleting and recreating the sliders as it should be the most consistent fix.
Hope that helps,
Joao
May 4, 2016 at 10:17 am #912621Thank you Joao. I am a bit worried about losing css customisations but have copied them. I will report back here if so. In the event that I cannot get Revslider moving can you please answer my question – do i delete the whole plug in and then reinstall. this is the answer i have been looking for.
May 4, 2016 at 10:21 am #912628I tried to update X and got the following message
An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.
May 4, 2016 at 12:22 pm #912870Hi, I just answered you at the topic:
Let us know if you still cannot edit the sliders after following the instructions and updating X and Rev Slider.
Thanks,
Joao
