The API Key was erased from my X Theme, so now I am trying to re-enter. Please instruct on how to find it/re-register/do whatever I need to do to get my API Key back and entered into wordpress.

Yes, we get rid of the API Key. You can now directly use the Purchased code to validate your site.

Hello There,
If you are using an older version of X (4.3.4 or below), you must update the X manually. Please check out this guide; https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/, look for the section Manual Updates. and follow the steps.
If nothing else works, would you mind providing us the ftp login credentials so we can update it for you. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– FTP Hostname
– FTP Username
– FTP PasswordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

I have looked for how to re validate but cannot work it out, I had x on site, deleted it, and reuploaded it to the new site, tried to apply the validation key and it says I am not validated

You will need to revoke your validation from your theme.co account to be able to assing to the new url.
Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation.2] Please login to your account and revoke the license. https://community.theme.co/my-account/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.
