rachaelestoutParticipantI am trying to assign a license to a new site. I successfully deleted the assignment to the old site.
It now says “type in url and press enter”.
It does nothing when I press enter. I have tried the url in various formats. Suggestions?

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Please login to your account and assign the license. You must insert in this format
your-domain.comor the url of your site (WP dashboard > General > Settings) and you can also insert the url of your dev site.If still not working, please do logout, clear your browser’s cache and login to your account again. You can even use Chrome’s incognito mode to make sure that you can assign a site from your account.
Please let us know how it goes.

rachaelestoutParticipantFound the problem. Apparently the new domain assignments are not Safari friendly.
Switched to Firefox and it worked great.
Thanks!
