    Hi-
    Just tried to validate a new license this morning and all I get is a blank screen. Tried multiple browsers with the same results.

    Hello Jason,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – API key
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    I have just tried to validate again and my purchase was excepted. I am guessing the servers were busy with all of the copies of X you are selling.

    Envato’s api servers had some problems yesterday so that might have been the issue for this. Thanks for writing in and if you need anything else let us know.
