When I go through the steps in https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/, when I get to the screen that says “Almost Finished:, I enter my Purchase Code, hit the “enter” button as directed, and instead of it validating, I get a white screen, with no forward progress. Just frozen.
In the “My Account” section on my Themco dashboard, Under “Manage Licenses”, my Purchase Code is entered and my URL has been added. Yet, My WordPress Dashboard still says I need to validate X Themes, and will not allow me access to the Add-Ons (Cornerstone, Etc.) I have cleared the cache, logged off, and restarted all apps.
Please help!
