I’m trying to verify my purchase but I’m getting the message that my purchase code was already registered with another account. I’m almost certain it wasn’t registered. I bought the theme back in May 2014. I’m trying to add the automatic update functionality. Can you help me?

I’ve taken a look at your account and your purchase code is already assigned to your account. You can view your license code under Account > Manage Licenses. The only thing that is left to do is copy the API Key that is in there and paste it into your X Addons > Product Validation section.

You need to upgrade your theme and plugins. The current theme version is 3.1.1 once you’ve done that you will have the X Addons tab and the update functionality. You can read everything about how to update your theme and plugins here: https://theme.co/x/member/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

I’m also having this problem. It won’t let me add another purchase code to my account. It says I have already registered it with another account…

If you’re just wanting to add a secondary license to this account, please follow the information in this article as it will walk you through the process:

If you’re running our latest release X v4.4.0, the only thing that is different is where you validate. Just click on X Addons and go to the top validation box and enter the license key in the input and submit it.
If you’re updated to X v4.4.0, you also don’t even need to add anything to your account first. You can just find your ThemeForest purchase code for X and enter that into the validation box at the top of X Addons and our guided process will help you assign that to your account.

I’ve moved the license for you. When a license is moved, the API key will not be moved with it, so you will need to revalidate that site.
