    Hi,

    I have purchased the Xtheme and started working on the local-host first. If I want to use the Standard Demo (namely Integrity 1), it gives me just the home page. So, I wonder:

    1. where can I find the rest of the pages? import them?
    2. It doesn’t provide me with the revolution slider on the header. How can I activate it?
    3. If I use the local host first, then testing stage and then only live, am I limited in a number of how many times I can enter the purchase code for extensions?
