    Hi
    I have bought a theme to my webpage: scthanshave.dk.
    I have now updated the theme, but when enter my validationcode – suddenly it doesnt work anymore!!
    Plz help asp

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the information. Upon checking, you are still using an older version of X(4.3.2). X 4.4.2 is now available! This release contains several bug fixes and we’re quite excited about the new features, so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    We would suggest that you simply subscribe (http://prntscr.com/ayk45n) on the topic if you want to monitor the replies. Regretfully we do not have email notifications in our forum. We have disabled this feature on purpose.

    Thanks.
    As I can read it. I have to manually update the theme, and afterwards it will be possible to setup updates to be automatically from wordpress. Is that right? If so can I pay you for updating the theme to X 4.4.2?

    Hi Jais,

    We recommend our customers updating the theme themselves via FTP if you need to do manualy.

    It is quite simple, please follow this steps:

    Login into your FTP account – Same way you did to install WordPress and the X theme.

    Navigate to wp-content/themes/ and find your X folder.

    Rename your old theme something like “x-theme-old” ( Once it is working fine you can simply delete this folder)

    Upload your new X theme which you can find to download Here:

    https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

    Unzip it.

    Have fun! Now you will be able to validate your product and get all the benefits of having a registered X theme 🙂
