Hi there,
I bought a second time a licence for the x-theme as I prepared my homepage on another domain before publishing on the final one. For validation I registered my domain with the prefix http:// meanwhile I learned that the final URL will have the suffix https:// Now I can’t finish the product validation process as the API key (same as the purchase code I suppose) is not accepted by the x-theme-addons section.
What can I do?

Thanks for writing in! Please login to your account and revoke the license. You may need to reassign the license to correct your domain. If in any case you will not be able to revoke the license, please check out this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/cant-revoke-license-key/#post-873955 to resolve the issue.

Thanks for your answer. But in case I revoke the license I read I would lose somefeature and automatic updates. Did I get this wrong? In case I revoke my license and I reassign the licence (without paying another time) – I will have the theme with all possibilities and features?

Hi there,

It will only disable the automatic updates for domain where the key was assigned. But it will enable automatic updates to where you will re-assign it.

Thanks for your all your information.

Unfortunately I’ve got still this license problem. I revoked my license and re-assigned my key successfully, afterwards I got the information “Site assigned” in my themeco account. But when I wanted to validate the site in my wordpress account /addons, I got the information “No license code or API key provided”.

Should I try the beta-version link https://community.theme.co/users/enter-your-username-here/licenses-beta/ (please do not forget to insert your @username) as well, even if I succeede in revoking and reassigning? When do I have to insert my username?
