I have attached 2 screenshots.
But I still don’t understand why there is confusion. We are just talking about the shop page. The page you go to when some-one presses the shop button on the menu. The page that woocommerce allocates to the shop. This is a regular, normal, standard page on every page that has more than one category. There is nothing special or out of the ordinary here.
Screenshot 1 – xTheme-Shop-Page – the normal shop page . . .
Screenshot 2 – xTheme-Category-Page – this one looks like your shop page on https://theme.co/x/demo/shop/renew/ (because you obviously do not have any categories set up in this site).Please advise if xTheme actually has a shop page or not. (Not Category, Not Product, but Shop)
Thanks – Brad

Thank you for the clarification
Unfortunately, X customization for Woocommerce doesn’t include the content of the Categories when Shop page settings is set to display Category list. The customization is on the product listing of the shop page.
Please add this custom CSS instead.product-category img { width: auto; }
Hope this helps.
