Sorry to hear about your trouble,
I just check your set-up and can see you already set the single product image to 500×500, However, the image that is showing on the front-end is still 250×250, this is because you need to re-assign the image again on the product or run a force regenerate thumbnails after changing the product dimension. If you add another product after changing the woocommerce image dimension, it will inherit your new image dimension settings, but not the product you’ve already added prior to the changes of image dimension.
Regarding about your other issue, I’m sorry to say but we can’t really do much about it, we do not control your server. The best thing you can do is contact your host and ask their assistance on this matter as this issue is not theme related but on server side matters.
