renzofernandezParticipantHi,
A website I put together is not showing info in the product counter. I was able to find a post about a similar issue (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/woocommerce-results-count-not-displaying-correctly/) but I could not find the plugin file it was asking for (wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\loop\result-count.php).Here is a link to the website:

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! You will be needing the FTP details because you have to copy the result-count.php file in the plugins folder
wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\loop\. And to make sure that your changes will not be overwritten then there is X updates, we would like to suggest that you use a child theme. After your child theme is setup, please review how we recommend making template changes in Customization Best Practices. You can create a
woocommerce\loop\folder in the child theme and this is where you will be uploading the result-count.php file.Hope this helps.
