I am wanting to use the X Theme for a new website for an industrial company that makes rather large products. I need a way to organize their products effectively without having to manually create individual web pages for each product. They are not selling online. Product information, categories, specifications, downloadable PDFs and DWGs need to be associated with the products. I am figuring they have approximately 150 products covering two main categories and multiple sub-categories.

Does anyone here know of a great plugin to use for this need? I know WooCommerce is out there, but is it really the best fit for this type of website?

If you have experienced a great plugin that fits this description, can you share the plugin name and possibly a website that implemented it?

    Thank you Xers!

    Hi Kevin,

According to your description I believe WooCommerce indeed is the best choice for you and it runs smoothly with X.

In your place I would do some research on websites that have products that fit the profile as you described and see how you like. Another advantage of Woo Commerce is that there is a lot of additional plugins made for WooCommerce you probably will find a ready solution for your special needs if you have some, but according to what you wrote I guess you won´t be needing nothing else 🙂

I also can recommend you the X Theme Facebook group over there our users love to discuss and help each other maybe someone else may have a great experience with some different plugin and will share with you.

    Hope that helps,
