Hi,
I’ve just re-designed my website and am having some trouble with the front page. On a computer it works fine but on a phone/ipad the page won’t scroll down, it keeps jumping to the top and none of the images are clickable.
Any ideas why this is happening would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Harpreet

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.

I have testes your website on my Android phone Firefox and on my Ipad 2 Safari and I cannot replicate the issue.
I can scroll without problems.
Please clean your cache on both browsers and test it again.
If necessary provide us more details information about the issue you are facing.
Thanks

July 7, 2016 at 9:40 am #1076526Hi,
Its when you try looking at the website in Landscape mode. If you go to the site on a computer when you hover the mouse over some of the images then they shake. If you click on it, it comes up with a lightbox slider with a large image.
Can’t seem to manage do that on the phone.
I have set a smaller size version of the page which has no animation and when you click on the image it doesn’t show a slider.
Please could you check the homepage on a computer and a phone in landscape mode and you should see the difference
Thanks
July 7, 2016 at 9:49 am #1076533Can you click on any of the images?
July 7, 2016 at 9:51 am #1076534I can only seem to make the page scroll by touching the white space on the page. If I touch a picture the page scrolls back to the top.
July 7, 2016 at 8:43 pm #1077286Hello There,
Thanks for the updates! I can confirm and replicate the issue on a touch device. Please keep in mind that on touch devices, there is no hover and click events. With touch devices, the events are tap, double tap, swipe and pinch. Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look at your settings? I’ve already check your other threads but the access credentials no longer work.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.Thank you.

Yes, iPad’s landscape shares the same resolution as the desktop. That’s the problem with two breakpoints overlap.
How about creating two sliders with the different purpose, then have two section with different visibility, within each is the slider. With that, you can decide of when the section will be displayed.
It’s HIDE BASED ON SCREEN WIDTH option.
Thanks!
